Ponderosa Leisure Farms, the 2nd leisure farming development of property developer Landco Pacific Corporation, held recently its Groundbreaking on site, along Silang, Cavite.
In attendance were family and friends of Landco Pacific Corporation, Metro Pacific Corporation, and of Maria Luisa Perez-Rubio, President of Ponderosa Farms, Inc.
Dubbed “Through Scents and Senses,” the exclusive, by invitation only event kicked off with opening remarks from Alfred Xerez-Burgos, Jr., President and CEO of Landco Pacific Corporation and Doña Perez-Rubio, welcoming friends to Ponderosa Leisure Farms, vacation garden homes in Silang, Cavite.

before the lowering of the time capsule and the toasting ceremony at Alessandra’s
Field. A gourmet feast with live Spanish Mexican music by Legato Strings,
and a tour of the garden were highlights of the
celebration.
